The Hungry Bear Cafe, Motel and RV Park welcome you to the beautiful Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. The Hungry Bear is centrally located to many recreational possibilities including many lakes, Pacific Ocean beaches, the Hoh Rainforest, Olympic National Park, and many inviting communities on the Olympic Peninsula.

Enjoy a peaceful nights rest in one of The Hungry Bear's motel rooms, or in your R.V. parked in the grassy R.V. Park. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the cafe.

The Hungry Bear Cafe, Motel and RV Park is the perfect base-camp while enjoying the Olympic Peninsula.

Bear Creek Motel & R.V. Park is located in the heart of the Sol Duc Valley 15 miles northeast of Forks and 44 miles west of Port Angeles. We are bordered by Hwy 101 to the north and the Sol Duc River to the south.

Motel - Bear Creek has 10 rooms available. 8 rooms are equipped with Satelite TV. All rooms have towels and bed linens. Bear Creek is open all year! We have 1 units with 1 double bed with private bath and shower. We have 3 units with a queen bed with private bath & shower. We have 4 units with 2 double beds with private bath & shower. We have 1 kitchen unit with a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds, private bathroom has tub & shower. Kitchen has stove, micro, & refrigerator. Has dishes & limited cooking utensils.

Pets are allowed only if approved in advance by motel operator. There is a $10.00 non-refundable cleaning fee for a pet in a room. Pets must not be left unattended at any time.

R.V. Park - Bear Creek R.V. Park is located in the Sol Duc Valley 15 miles NE of Forks and 44 miles West of Port Angeles. Many people have used our Park as a home base for soaking in the Hot Springs, combing the beaches, fishing the Sol Duc River, whale and eagle watching, touring the rainforest or taking a trip to Victoria, Canada. While away, leave your R.V. in a safe, secured location.
We have 12 full hookups, 2 electric only, and room for a lot of tent sites. Our sites are equipped with firepits and picnic tables. There are bathrooms with showers on site. While staying in our park, you might want to take a quiet stroll to the Sol Duc River.
