Golden Pond is located inside the enchanting Ozark forest near the Beautiful Greers Ferry Lake and has a lot to offer vacationers. If you are looking for some relaxing fun in the sun, Golden Pond and surrounding attractions are just what you are looking for!
Golden Pond moved into it’s new office and visitors Recreation Room in September 2003. There is a service kitchen, laundry room and many games and puzzles to keep you entertained. Or check out the “Traveler’s Book Swap” and read a good book while sitting in the shade, listening to the sounds of nature. Care to fish? You need no license to fish in our stocked pond, and even the youngest of anglers can enjoy the thrill of catching the Big One!! (or fine tune their story of the one that got away!)
There are many area attractions that the *Golden Pond Visitor can enjoy, Including a state of the art fitness center, shopping, several marinas for water recreation and fishing on Greers Ferry Lake, a newly renovated tennis center, several swimming pools and some of the best golf courses you will find in Arkansas. You can also play miniature golf or how about bowling? And if that isn’t enough, why not come in time to attend one of the many festivals in and around Arkansas? There is always something going on in the Natural State, that will keep you wanting to come back again and again.

It’s hard to believe how much the park has changed in the past year. The Old House, that served as our office for many years now, has been replaced with a much nicer building. The new office comes complete with a Recreation Room, Kitchen and Laundry Facilities. Have a lap top? We have provided a place for you to download your emails. So stop by, the coffee’s on, we love company and we look forward to visiting with you!
We have 50 sites, 47 of them are Full Hook-up sites, 3 with no sewer and 8 pull through sites. We have a huge patio behind the Recreation Center that you can use, complete with barbeque’s for your use as well.
