Rosebud Cottage is located about 15 minutes east of Asheville and only about one minute north of the center of Black Mountain by car, or about 10 minutes by foot, if you prefer. It is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms (each with a private bath), large living room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings, a dining room with lots of windows, a deck and a screened-in porch at the back, a large front porch with a swing and rocking chairs, gas log fireplace, central heat and AC, and much more.
Amenities include bed & bath linens (beds will be made for your arrival), cable TV (with VCR and lots of popular videos), music CD's, washer & dryer, telephone, all the kitchen appliances you'll need, a good supply of consumables (tissue, paper towels, soap, etc) and more.
There's also a computer desk for those who just can't leave home without their laptops! High speed internet with wireless access is provided.
We have been told many times by our guests that we provide all that anyone could need and that we are like a B & B (except, we don't cook your breakfast!). You will not be disappointed!
The home comfortably sleeps 4 and a nice queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate a couple more. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, the other has 2 twins which can easily be converted to a king. Minimum stay is 2 nights (3 nights for most holiday weekends).
