Our one of a kind pristine Vermont inn sits on seven secluded acres of peaceful tranquillity with a scenic view of Lake Salem. Breathe "Inn" the clean, fresh air of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. We are located in the lovely town of Derby, Vermont - the "Crown Jewel" of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.

Your innkeepers and hosts, Joe and Mo Profera provide you with ambiance, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Mo loves to cook, has a home baking license, teaches dance, is an amateur photographer (photos available for sale), Rotarian, Big Sister, and very involved in numerous community volunteer programs. Joe is a retired residential/commercial landscaper. He has the job of maintaning the inns' beautiful grounds. He also owned a 4-star Italian Restaurant and a Bakery, is a Volunteer Fireman and serves the community on a volunteer basis.

A full breakfast with fresh, home-made sweet breads or muffins, fresh fruit, juice, an entree, teas, and freshly ground coffee is served daily. A delicious breakfast may include: Maple-Drizzled Apple Muffins, Heavenly Bananas, Puffed Eggs, New England Spiced Pumpkin Bread, Honeyed Breakfast Soufflé, Cinnamon Raisin French Toast, Cheese & Red Pepper Omelet.
