Wake up to a delicious, full breakfast served in a sunny old-fashioned kitchen with the original highback sink. Or eat in the dining room in front of the cozy fireplace. Adele's double cheese omelet, challa-style French toast, pecan waffles, or banana nut bread are tempting choices.

After breakfast, explore the Highland corridor, 2 miles of mixed use housing and specialty shops. Stroll to Piedmont Park and the Atlanta Botanical Garden, or enjoy our own perennial gardens, porch and hammock or fireplace.

The Studio has a private entrance off the front screened porch. The room offers a comfy queen bed with burled head board, an antique armoire with matching burled walnut, a desk, a zero gravity Relax-the-Back chair for thorough relaxation while watching the flat screen TV with DVD player. It has a hall bath with jetted tub.

The Albert features a queen brass bed, cable television with DVD, desk, a recliner, a glider and a Chinese needlepoint rug; also a private bath with tub and shower.

The Victoria is a private entrance suite with private balcony overlooking the shade garden. The bedroom has a queen bed with an antique hand carved head board and foot board, a small alcove with a love seat, a flat screen television with DVD player, a desk, and a locked closet for valuables plus two other closets.

The Getaway is a private terrace garden apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a queen bed and the hall bedroom has a king bed. There is a living room, full kitchen with dinning area, office, laundry room, deck, stone patio with fire pit. It is furnished in the retro style of the 1950s with the blond birch creations of Haywood Wakefield and Russell Wright. The unit is for 4 persons and is self catering.
There is a $75 departure cleaning fee. No pets. No smoking indoors.
