The William Henry Miller Inn, Ithaca, New York

When we decided to open this beautiful Upstate NY Inn, our goals were simple. We wanted to provide a comfortably elegant experience for our guests, make this beautiful historic home available for special events, and have fun in the process. We hope that you will enjoy the William Henry Miller Inn as much as we enjoy having you here.

The William Henry Miller Inn is located in downtown Ithaca, just a few blocks away from the beautiful Ithaca Commons and just down the hill from both Cornell University and Ithaca College. Ithaca is on the shores of Cayuga Lake, one of the Finger Lakes.

Part of the East Hill Historic District, the Inn was built as a private home in 1880 by Cornell University's first student of architecture, William Henry Miller. It is rich in architectural detail with stained glass windows, American chestnut woodwork, working fireplaces, seven spacious bedrooms, and large common areas. The Carriage House, located directly behind the inn, provides additional accommodations in a setting that is both private and luxurious.

Our guest rooms are uniquely different. Each has a private bath, three with jacuzzis; cable television; phone with data port; air conditioning; hand ironed sheets; on-site parking; and hair dryer. Adjoining rooms may be booked as suites for the convenience of guests who are traveling together.
