Chollar Mansion Bed and Breakfast, Virginia City, Nevada
Built in 1861, this historic mine superintendent's office is now an inviting B & B in the historic Virginia City area.
On the National Register of Historic Places, the Chollar Mansion displays many unusual features. The twelve-foot ceilings and fourteen inch thick floors are reminiscent of the "Glory Days" of the Comstock Lode.
You may enjoy the view down Six Mile Canyon to the Forty Mile Desert and the mountain ranges beyond; a grand vista of up to eighty miles.
The parlor offers a large library with many books on Virginia City and the West, which our guests are encouraged to browse through during their stay.
