Built in 1765, The Carlisle House has been a recognized star-quality inn for more than one hundred years. Located just off the center of town on tree-lined North Water Street. The inn has been carefully restored, while maintaining the charm of old Nantucket. From the bountiful continental breakfast buffet in the sun-dappled "morning" room... whether in front of a crackling fire in the parlor on a cool autumn evening or just whiling away the afternoon in the garden, every visitor is treated as a personal guest.
