Enjoy a Cape Cod Vacation at the Over Look Inn built in 1871 for Mrs. Sarah Hatch Chipman. Given the recent death of her husband, Captain Barnabus Mayo Chipman and the growth of her family, Mrs. Chipman built this splendid example of Queen Anne Victorian architecture as a second property and as her new principal residence. Her choice of location was to fulfill her desire to gaze upon both the Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from the same location. Since the time of it's construction however, the trees have all grown back, but The Inn at the Oaks B&B still stands with all of it's grandeur and is now home to a relaxing Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast.

Starting in the early 1900's, The Inn at the Oaks B&B has been providing accommodations for visitors on their Cape Cod vacations. Currently, each of the Inn's 12 distinct bedrooms feature private baths (some with claw foot tubs), queen size brass beds and down comforters. You will be greeted by other amenities such as fireplaces, wraparound porches, wicker, lace, fine artworks and abundance of good books. We strive to be more than just a Cape Cod bed and breakfast, we want your stay with us to be one of the highlights of your Cape Cod vacation.
