Welcome to Eustis, Maine! Come and stay with us for some hunting, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, ATV riding, skiing, golfing or just good olde relaxation!
We are located 1/2 mile off Route 27- 12 miles north of Sugarloaf USA, 20 miles east of Rangeley, 2 miles from the public boat launch on Flagstaff Lake, 200' from the ATV and snowmobile trails, and 4 miles from Bigelow Mountain!

You have direct access to the ITS snowmobile trail and the Flagstaff Area ATV trails. If skiing is your sport, Sugarlaof USA is 12 miles South and Saddleback Mountain is 20 miles West in Rangeley. The public boat launch to Flagstaff Lake is 2 miles away and the Cathedral Pines Campground is 1/2 mile down the road, that offers a public beach. For all of your grocery or supply needs, shop at Fotter's Market in Stratton or the Pines Market located 1/2 mile from us.

New fully furnished 2 bedroom loft apartment- sleeps 6 - located 12 miles west of Sugarloaf USA and 20 miles of Saddleback Mountain in Rangeley, Maine. We are located on trailside for snowmobilers and ATV riding Fully equipped kitchen, linens provided BBQ grill, Satelite TV, DVD, CD player

Our lodging is tucked back into the woods and off the main road! We have designed the 2 bedroom loft apartment with comfort and the feeling of home in mind! The lodging will sleep 6 and we offer Direct TV, CD/stereo, a DVD player for your entertainment, barbeque gas grill and a covered deck!

Our kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, stove/oven, frig, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, baking pans and utensils. Sugar salt and pepper are also stocked items.



Registered Maine Guide Services are available for your hunting, fishing, or snowmobile trips or you can explore on your own!
