While guests can mingle and visit in the common area, the bedrooms provide separate living spaces where the guests can retire and retreat. The cozy basement apartment provides an opportunity to be away from it all with the added bonus of a fully equipped kitchen. The home has a wonderful turn of the 20th century front porch for the guests to enjoy. Additionally, there’s a courtyard, shade garden and half basketball court in back for recreation.
