The comforts of modern life are tastefully present in each of our guest quarters. Each room or suite offers firm beds, private baths, fluffy towels, specialty soaps and amenities, TV/VCR, hair dryers, wine openers, wine glasses and daily housekeeping service with attention to detail. Some have fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, kitchens or breakfast rooms. All are air conditioned in the summer.

We serve a sumptuous full breakfast with hot entrees such as Oatmeal Apple Pancakes or our special Eggs Melville, freshly baked muffins and scones, juice, fresh fruits, teas and coffee. Breakfast is served in the dining room or, in summer, on the porch. Guests staying in our lovely cottage rooms may opt to have their breakfast delivered in a wicker basket.

In the summer, beach towels, umbrellas, beach passes and chairs are available for use by our guests. We also have a covered bicycle rack, off street parking, restaurant directory, and complimentary loan from our video collection.

Join us for afternoon tea on the sunny porch in summer or around a cozy fire on cooler days; a fun way to meet your fellow guests and innkeepers while enjoying coffee, tea or piping hot cider and desserts, and learning the history of The Maine Stay and surrounding Kennebunkport.
