RATE POLICIES
- All prices are based on a family of 2 adults and 3 children for one camp site, for one night.
- On your site, an extra adult is $3.00, an extra child is $1.00, when checking in together.
- 4 adults maximum per site.
- Children 4 and under are FREE!
- Persons 18 and older are considered adults.
- Separate site charges apply for extra tents on any one site, and extra people in your group.
- A 2-night minimum reservation is required weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Only one discount can be used for each site rental.
- Discounts are not valid on holidays weekends.
- Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific sites.

DEPOSITS
- Minimum required deposit is one night's site fee; Holiday weekends require full payment in advance.
- Deposits must be received within 7 days from making your reservation.
- Credit card deposits will be processed/charged (MasterCard and Visa are accepted)
- Any reservation made without a deposit will be cancelled after 10 days.
- Reservation and deposit confirmations will be sent upon request only.

CANCELLATIONS
- Site refunds less $10.00 with 7 days notice.
- Holiday weekend refunds less $20 with 14 days notice.
- Cabin and RV rental refunds less $20.00 with 28 days notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposit.
- Full credit for future camping given with correct notice.
