The Old Town Guest house was newly built in 1997 as a bed and breakfast inn. Tucked in among quaint boutiques, galleries, antique shops and restaurants, the three story brick building is in perfect harmony with the 1859 period construction of Colorado Springs' historic Old Colorado City, also known as the "heartbeat of Colorado Springs."

The B&B caters to adults for leisure travel and gives corporate rates to business travelers. The environment is smoke free. A special guest room offers disabled friendly lodging.

The Guest house has a private conference center. This conference facility is equipped to offer videoconferencing. This videoconferencing site networks to provide national and international communication. The business center can accommodate 24 persons. The videoconference room is available 24 hours a day , 7 days a week.

Each guest room is unique in design but identical in total comfort. The amenities include: TV/VCR, refrigerator, coffee machine, CD player and individually controlled A/C.
