Each suite has water views, bedroom/bath, full kitchen, living room and dining area, two TVs, VCR and three telephones. The furnishings are Chippendale cherry complimented by light floral prints.

One and two bedroom suites have a porch or deck with an ocean view, a kitchen, living room, 2 TVs, VCR and 3 telephones. The suites in the Main House are Chippendale-style cherry. The Beach House units have freestanding gas fireplaces, and the large Cottage Suites are furnished in the classic Maine summer style of wicker and pine.
